Thank you for visiting and shopping at WWW.NAGBROTHERS.COM. We, Nag Brothers ship all of our domestic orders via Delhivery/ ATS/ E-Kart/ E-com/ IndiaPost. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Standard estimated delivery date remains between 2-10 business days, i.e. minimum 2 days and maximum 10 days, for destinations within India, according to distance from source station, i.e. Kolkata. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or during vacations (List of holidays and vacations are given below) , shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
All shipping within India is free, i.e. product prices are including packing and shipping cost. When international shipment is concerned, shipping charges are extra and it varies according to destination country. Nag Brothers are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
