Called them up for a Hohner harmonica. They confirmed the availability and then I asked them to send payment details and order details which they promised to oblige. Never got any message from them or a courtesy call. They are not even interested in sale, I fear post sale service. Finally order it from Suzuki online store and it is delivered within 4 days from Bangalore.
